The 7 kids and I had a long 3 week Christmas Vacation to TN and GA.  I was able to spend the Holidays with my children and their families and had a wonderful time!!!!   Families from Lupton Drive Baptist Church in Chattanooga, New Life Baptist Church in Dalton, and Philippi Baptist in Cleveland kept the Foster Children most of the time.  They entertained them with trips to the Discovery Museum, Rock City, Delta Queen Riverboat and some of them saw Pigs upclose for the 1st time.  Not only were they entertained there were several Christmas Parties where they were showered with gifts!!! THANK YOU Lupton Drive, New Life and Philippi families for making this trip something the kids will never forget.

Doyle is sure happy to have us all back home.  We are trying to get settled down and it was "Back to School" for everyone but Lexie.  While we were gone, the Grandmother that had custody of Junior and Lexie through CPS passed away....so I am not sure what will happen with those 2.  Pray that they will leave them with us.  Their Great-Grandma was here for Bible Study last night and was able to visit with them for a few minutes.  She is happy that CPS chose our home to place them in.

I was able to bring our 8 year old granddaughter, Liberty, home with me for about a month.  She came last year in March and spent about 3 weeks with us.  We LOVE it when any of our family comes.....especially the Grandchildren!!!!

We have about 4 feet of snow and the wind is blowing it everywhere today......more snow to come this weekend along with some extrememly low temperatures.  Gotta love North Dakota winters!!!!

Yes,  we have another winter blizzard watch out for tomorrow night and Monday...then an artic blast of cold air is on it's way and will bring temperatures of 25-35 BELOW zero with wind chills on top of that (probably 50-60 below)!!   So we are bracing ourselves for a VERY COLD week ahead.

Our son-in-law was able to go home from the hospital today.  He is doing OK but still in alot of pain and has a long few weeks of therapy ahead of him.   Please keep him in your prayers.

Yesterday and today we had a good bit of snow (we have a total of about 15-18 inches or so and drifts up to our waist)  and Doyle sure is thankful for the snow blower.  He even got a little help today from the county.  They were grading the snow off the main road and saw us outside...so they pulled into the church parking lot and quickly pushed the snow out of the way so cars can get into the parking lot easy!!   Made a HUGE pile of snow!!!   We were surprised that they helped out and praising the Lord for sending them this way!!!!

Looking forward to tomorrows services..              Sis. Sheri
