It's so hard to believe that Sunday is Easter and yet we have about 6-8 inches of fresh snow that has fallen last night and today giving us a total of about 16 inches within the past week.  I am wondering if Winter is ever gonna end!!!   The Lord knows what we need.

The Childrens Choir has been practicing for the Easter Cantata and this year I have some that have voluntered to sing solos and duets.  It will be interesting to see how well that goes...they are very excited about it!!!!   I just hope that some of the parents/grandparents will come to hear them sing.  They have worked hard learning the songs and want their parents and relatives to be here.

Keith and Jennifer should arrive May 3rd!!!  We are sooo excited!!!!!  They are leaving Cleveland on Sunday evening, May 1st, arriving here on Tuesday evening.  My mother is coming with them and will be staying a couple weeks.  This will be the first time she has visited us.....I am very excited that she is coming!!!

Please continue to pray about the future plans to begin building this summer.  We do have some donations that have come in for the building fund ...help us pray donations will continue to be made so we can begin construction in June.  Summers are so short and we need to start as soon as possible in order to be done before cold weather arrives again.

Faithfully serving the Lord here in CannonBall,       Sis. Sheri

My how time flies....did not realize it has been 2 weeks since I have written anything on our blog!!   I just stay soooo busy with all the cooking, cleaning, laundry and church preparation....but it is such a joyful thing to be busy for the Lord!!!    The past 2 Sundays have been good in attendance both Sunday morning and evening.  Since we split the Sunday evening services it has worked out sooo much better.  The older ones seem to enjoy have the Pastor in the class with them and it gives me a chance to enjoy the younger children.  We have alot of fun...I tell them a Bible story, then we sing a song about the story, play a game or do a craft.  The past few weeks on Sunday morning and evening we have been practicing songs for our Easter Cantata and they are excited about that.  I hope we can get some of the parents to attend for the Easter service.

Yesterday morning before Lexi got up...I was cleaning the house and I heard her in the bedroom singing.....now she's only 2 years old..but she was singing "Up From the Grave He Arose!!!"   My heart leaped with joy when I heard her...to think that a little 2 yr. olds mind was absorbing the songs we've been teaching about the Lord!!!!   The other Foster children will be playing or coloring and I hear them singing the songs also......a couple of them didn't even know what Sunday School was when they came to live with us.   What a blessing just to see them learn about the Lord and memorize the songs and verses!!!!   Teaching children about the Lord is such a JOY!!!!!!  Sometimes I get tired and weary from the everyday chores of having 7 children 24/7....but then one of them will come up and hug me and look up and smile and my heart just melts and my eyes fill up with tears and all that weariness disappears!!!!!

The Lord is blessing and we are sooooo Thankful for all He has done and all He is going to do!!!!!!!!
